If you’d like a review of any personal data we hold on you, please email admin@wensum.net from the email address we have on record and we will provide you with the information. You can also use this email address to request deletion of your data.

Contact Forms

We keep contact form submissions for customer service purposes, but do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes.

Newsletter

If you want to remove your details from our newsletter at any time, you can do so by clicking on the unsubscribe link in any email you receive from the system. If you don’t have access to a previous newsletter email then mail your request to admin@wensum.net from the email address you registered / contacted us with.

Secure Connections

All access to your hosting and email systems are made by us using SSL – this includes partner services we use in the cloud for file storage, newsletters and invoicing. Our email and hosting accounts are all accessible through secure methods. You should ensure that SSL connections are specified in all connectionss you make to our systems.
