Issues with WordPress 5.5
The latest version of WordPress brings quite a few improvements, but there’s one invisible change to the software’s code which seems to have broken the functionality of many websites.
The software has removed a background function called ‘jQuery Migrate’, which worked with themes and plugins which displayed images, sliders and text displays. You may have found that you now have missing pictures, menus and slideshows on your upgraded site.
