ANTIVIRUS SOFTWARE
Avast! – This is one of the AV programs used on PCs in our office. It’s not a resource-hog and works well.
F-Secure - Recommended by many PC users. Their site features a free online scanner.
FILE BACKUP/SYNCHRONISATION
Dropbox – Used in our office to share files between colleagues and work/home computers. Invaluable.
WEB AUTHORING
Adobe Dreamweaver CS5 – Expensive, but still the best webdesign software out there. Link goes to Misco website where you can buy online.
GRAPHICS SOFTWARE
